User-Generated Content & Moderation

Wevo includes text, voice, and images shared by users. Before registering or continuing to use the app, you must accept these Terms. Objectionable, abusive, pornographic, or privacy-violating content is prohibited.

• Reporting: Users can report a chat message from the message menu and report a room from the room menu. Reports are stored for review by Wevo staff and room moderators.
• Ignore & block: Users can ignore another participant to instantly hide their messages in the public room feed. In private chat, users can block someone to stop further messages.
• Moderation: Room owners and moderators may delete violating messages and apply kicks, mutes, and bans according to their permissions.
• Response time: We review credible reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action (content removal, account restrictions, or permanent bans for repeat abuse).

1. Chat Room Rules

All visitors must comply with the following rules when entering any chat room:

• Vulgar language or offensive speech is strictly prohibited. All participants must communicate with courtesy and respect.
• Discussions involving sectarian, doctrinal, or political disputes are prohibited.
• Any speech that insults God, religions, prophets, or religious figures is forbidden.
• Entering with multiple devices using fake names to boost room rankings is prohibited and will result in banning all devices or applying ignore rules.
• Entering rooms through illegitimate means, using virtual devices, or employing harmful software will result in a permanent ban without prior notice.
• Entering rooms with political, partisan, organizational, or inappropriate names is prohibited.
• Using rooms for personal matters is prohibited as they are public rooms available for everyone.
• Posting advertisements (websites, links, emails, phone numbers, or personal photos) inside rooms is prohibited.
• Sharing links to pornographic websites or pages containing scandals or similar content is prohibited.
• Using the camera for pornographic or advertising purposes is prohibited. Anyone may report any misuse of the camera system.

2. General Terms

• Prices listed on the website are fixed and cannot be reduced except during special promotions.
• Live chat is primarily for sales purposes. Staff may request customers to send an email instead of chatting directly.
• In case of terms violation, Smart Code Internet Solutions may impose a fine to restore the service or cancel the subscription without any right to compensation.
• Services and support are provided only to the subscription owner using their registered information. The company may provide subscriber data to official authorities upon request.
• After payment and subscription activation, no refunds are available under any circumstances.

3. Subscription Terms

• All content posted in the room (text, audio, images, or video) is the full responsibility of the room owner.
• Posting political or sectarian religious topics is prohibited.
• Sharing the main master account password with anyone is prohibited.
• Losing your Master Code means cancellation of your subscription.
• Giving supervisory or root names with full permissions to unknown persons that results in room damage will lead to subscription cancellation or additional fees.
• Entering with multiple devices using fake names to boost room rankings will result in reducing room capacity to 25 users.
• Entering with duplicate names or from the same IP address for more than one username is considered fake and will result in ignoring and banning all names and reducing room capacity to 25, then 10, then subscription deletion.
• A single person entering with multiple real devices or fake names from the same device will result in an automatic 12-hour IP ban.
• Posting advertisements, links, emails, phone numbers, or personal photos of others inside the room is prohibited.
• Uploading pornographic, promotional images, or political symbols to the registered name's photo gallery will result in immediate subscription cancellation.
• Using the chat room for any commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing links to pornographic websites or pages containing scandals or privacy violations is prohibited.
• Exploiting the protected name profile by posting advertisements or inappropriate phrases is prohibited.
• Subscribing with a protected or royal name that resembles an already registered name will result in deletion of the name subscription, replacement, and deduction of two months from the new name's subscription period.
• You cannot recover the password of a protected name if it is registered with the same phone number as more than one name, to protect user privacy.
• Using the camera for pornographic or advertising purposes inside your room is prohibited and will result in banning the sender and cancelling your subscription.

Room Ranking

Rooms are ranked in the room list using a points-based system instead of visitor count. Ranking is automatically calculated based on visitor activity, subscription type (premium or standard), number of royal and protected names, and number of root names.
